1. Sustainable Stay at Lakeshore ———

(1) Check-in time is from 15:00. Check-out time is before 11:00.

(2) To support sustainability, we do not provide single-use packaged toiletries or personal care items in guest rooms.

(3) We have replaced disposable bottled water with eco-friendly water bottles and a bamboo charcoal water filtration system. Please feel free to use the in-room carafe to refill water from dispensers located on each floor. (The water carafe is for in-room use only and should not be taken away)

2. Facilities and Parking Services ———

• • B1–B3F basement parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved.
  • If no parking spaces are available upon arrival, please contact the Front Desk on the 1F for directions to nearby parking facilities.
  • Clearance height for basement entrance: 2.2 meters.
  • Noodoe EV Chargers: Please bring your own J1772 adapter and complete payment online. Once charging is complete, kindly move your vehicle to a regular parking spot for the convenience of others.

3. In-House Facilities & Services ———

(1) Radiance Restaurant – 1F

• Buffet Brunch: 06:30–13:30 (For takeaway breakfast, please order at the Front Desk before 20:00)
• Afternoon Tea: 14:00–17:00 (Minimum charge of $40 per person for guests aged 11 and above)
• Dinner: 17:30–20:30 (Last order and pickup at 20:00)
• Neon Party: 20:30–22:30 (Last pickup at 22:15)

(2) Facility Hours & Locations:

• 1F – Select Shop: 10:00–22:00
• 1F –Mini Space: 08:00–23:00
• RF –BUBBLE GROUND: 08:00–23:00；Outdoor areas are open depending on weather conditions.
• R2F –Rolling Spot: 05:00–22:00(Socks are required)
• 1F –Bicycle Rental Service: 06:30–22:00
  (Free rental available at the 1F Front Desk. Each use is limited to 2 hours. Availability is subject to on-site conditions.)
• Family-Friendly Services: We offer baby cribs, bed guards, bottle sterilizers, and baby bathtubs. Quantities are limited—please reserve in advance.

4. Special Notices ———

(1) No Pets Policy：To maintain the quality of our accommodations, pets are not allowed in guest rooms.
(2) To ensure a comfortable and healthy environment for all guests, except for the designated smoking area (next to the entrance of the underground parking lot), all indoor spaces, including guest rooms, balconies, and bathrooms, are entirely smoke-free.This policy applies to all forms of smoking, including cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, and heated tobacco products.A cleaning fee of NT$12,000 will be charged for any smoking activity detected in guest rooms, balconies, or bathrooms.Guests will be held liable for any damage to hotel property or amenities.
